At the core of Phillip's mission is the belief in the power of education to transform communities. His primary goal is to educate children & communities about the dual importance of sustainable agriculture and waste repurposing.

 Hi, I'm Shelby Frazier, 

I'm a Hoof Care Practioner and proud owner of Frazier Equine, LLC. I'm also a regenerative homesteader with my husband, Evan, at Wisteria Springs Farm in Spartanburg, SC. With over 4 years of experience, I've developed a profound love for understanding the intricacies of the hoof. While my main focus is horses and donkeys, I'm also passionate about educating owners on proper hoof care for goats, sheep, and pigs. I enjoy empowering owners to take charge of their animals' well-being. I'm all about encouraging and teaching owners how to identify hoof issues and how to trim their animals – there's a special satisfaction in watching them grow confident in caring for their animal companions. For me, this isn't just a profession; it's a journey of learning, sharing, and building a community.

Matthew Gauger was born in Chicago & if you had told him he would end up someday on a farm in South Carolina, he probably would have assumed it was part of a prison release program, and not because he was outside living his best life. He was a city kid at heart, always hustling. Always ready to party or scrap. He was born to the concrete, and assumed that no life was better.

Then the pandemic came along and shook him to the core. It was that term they used for so many of us. Non-Essential. Matthew, never being a fan of being told what to do, decided he would never let anyone call him non-essential again.

His family sold everything, and bought a farm where they could be self sufficient. Since he had absolutely no idea what he was doing, he called that farm Greenhorn Grove. 

Five years later he has become the self proclaimed "homestead hype man" with the singular mission of spreading the benefits of this particular and special lifestyle, to any and all who will listen.

Ashlynn is a dynamic professional with over 15 years of experience in leadership, sales, & strategic development. Prior to this, Ashlynn spent over a decade working across the US in Human Capital Management Consulting.

One year ago, Ashlynn made a bold career transition, leaving her full time VP position to pursue her passion for farming.
